Skåne-möllan stands on five legs. The first is flours for the bakeries and food industry under the brand Skåne-möllan, the second is flours for the consumer market where we produce private label products as well as products in our own brand Möllarens. The third leg is our trademark-protected TTT products ,that is, heat-treated products that, among other things, extend the freshness and sustainability of the bread. The fourth leg is our MWT products which are manufactured with microwave technology and the fifth is Steam milling treatment SMT, oats for the production of oatmeal, among other things.
