Hafie M160

Hafie M160 is an in the TTT-process heat-treated oat flour. It is well suited to increase the water content and the stability in the bread. Hafie M160 can also be used instead of milkpowder in bread. Dosage: 2-5% of the flour in the dough. Add an extra 2.5 times more cold water as Hafie M160 to the dough.
