Barlie G1500 is a wholemeal product of in the TTT-process heat-treated, finely cut barley with large absorption capacity, up to 2 times its own weight. Barlie G1500 is well suited be used as an alternative in wholegrain bread. Swells in the double amount of cold water in 10-30 minutes.
